    POMEROY–The final week of the Camas Prairie shoot is in the books. It was announced today that next week’s shoot in Walla Walla has been cancelled/postponed. We are sorry to report that in addition to the Walla Walla shoot being canceled, the Pomeroy Gun Club will also have to cancel the annual meeting and potluck originally scheduled for March 29.     POMEROY–The Camas Prairie shoot is approaching the final week and the weather outlook is calling for cooler weather. During the eighth weekend shoot, Larry Bunch had the only 25 during singles this week while both Brian Bingman and Fred Zack shot 25s in Handicap. Tracy Hanger led the women’s scores this week shooting a 24 and both Mason Blachly and Troy Steele from the Jr.’s division shot well with 24s.     POMEROY–Sunday’s Camas Prairie Shoot was challenging to say the least. The weather was sporadic with occasional pauses in the wind mixed with extremely strong gusts and rain. Club scores suffered with no 25s. Travis Ledgerwood and Mason Blachly both had a great day shooting 23s during singles and a 24s during handicap.     e word to describe this weekend Camas Prairie Shoot for the Pomeroy Gun Club. The wind pushed shooters off balance as they tried to hold still during each shot. But that didn’t seem to fazed Steve Brown as he went straight 25/25 from the 16-yard line and 24/25 from the 20-yard line. Tracy Hanger led the pack in Continentals shooting an impressive 23.     POMEROY–This past weekend marked the halfway point in the 10-week Camas Prairie Shoot. It was a great week with numerous shooters only missing one or two targets. There were three perfect 25s from the 16-yd line by Buck Geiger, Travis Ledgerwood, and Jeff Wade. Luke Ledgerwood also posted a perfect score during continentals.     POMEROY–The third week of the Camas Prairie Shoot was accompanied by better weather than was experienced the previous week. Both Beau Blachly and Jeff Hannas made sure to capitalize on the improved conditions with 25s from the 16–yard line. Next week, due to Superbowl, it would be appreciated if shooters could get an earlier start.
