    POMEROY–The Garfield County Transportation Authority (CTA) discussed funding for the 2023–25 biennium at their meeting on June 20. The CTA has received $680,900 from the Washington State Department of Transportation from a consolidated contract that funds the biennium, as well as $153,296 from WSDOT’s PataTransit/Special Needs program.     POMEROY–Over a hundred people gathered to celebrate the Pataha Flour Mill's 25 years of operation as a ministry and restaurant on May 20. The celebration began with one of the Mill's well-known meals and ended with a praise gathering, during which many people sang hymns and told memories of the Mill.
