    POMEROY-The Port of Garfield County commissioners approved a proof of property loss claim; an interlocal agreement to lease the ballfields; and changes to the rental rates for the fiber point of presence at their meeting on October 4. The proof of property loss claim is through Enduris for warehouse 3. The Fire District received an Assistance to Firefighter Grant for $147,619, which requires a $7,381 match from the district.
