    POMEROY–The Garfield County Board of Commissioners (BOCC) signed a Rock Royalty Payment and Quarry Site contract with Tom Schuster for the use of the Schuster rock pit at their meeting on February 28.     POMEROY–The Garfield County Health District announced that the county has zero active cases of Covid-19 at the time of their meeting on February 28. The number of people who have been going to the Garfield County Memorial Hospital to be tested has also decreased dramatically.
