    POMEROY–The Garfield County Health District board of directors hired Daniel Kaminsky, M.D. of Walla Walla as the District health officer. Dr. Kaminsky is a retired OBGYN.     POMEROY–The Garfield County Fire District (GCFD) approved a resolution to modify the 2021 budget to include an Assistance to Firefighters Grant for $89,000 at their meeting on September 14.
