JOB ANNOUNCEMENT CHIEF DEPUTY TREASURER GARFIELD COUNTY TREASURER’S OFFICE Garfield County is seeking to fill an upcoming vacancy within the Garfield County Treasurer’s office. Position responsibilities include working independently under the general direction of the County Treasurer. Work includes accounts receivable, tax collections, daily/monthly balancing and reporting, customer service and general clerical duties. Applicants with an accounting background preferred who are proficient with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry with 10-key. Full time: $48,729.82 to $51,294.55 per year, 37.5 hours per week at $26.30 per hour with excellent health, vision, dental and paid leave benefits including PERS government retirement.
