    POMEROY––Appaloosa Solar Project LLC has posted a notice of application with Garfield County Planning for a proposed solar farm that would be constructed in Garfield County, about 13 miles northwest of Pomeroy, on leased land between Highway 12 and the Snake River.     POMEROY-The Pomeroy chapter of the FFA Alumni hosted a dinner and auction at the Spinners Hall on Sunday, Dec. 31. Over 60 items were donated for both live and silent auction, ranging from a set of hand lotion to a homemade tractor quilt.
