    POMEROY–The Garfield County Board of Commissioners (BOCC) approved payment to City of Pomeroy, and reviewed the Fairgrounds sprinkler design at their meeting on February 14. The BOCC approved to give a sum up to $3,000 to the City to assist with a Low to Moderate Income survey that was completed. The bill for the survey was lower than the quote, and after discussion with the City Council, the BOCC approved payment of $1,000.     POMEROY–The Eastern Washington Agricultural Museum (EWAM) received over $7,000 in donations, were presented with a $3,000 grant from the Harold and Helen Shepherd Foundation, and set the Spring Farming Days.
