POMEROY–Free “Stay Active and Independent for Life” (SAIL) classes began at the Senior Center, 695 Main St., on Tuesday, March 22 at 1:15-2:30 p.m. for the next 10 weeks. SAIL is a strength, balance and fitness program for adults 65 and older. OLYMPIA–Results from the 2021 Healthy Youth Survey (HYS), a statewide survey of young people focused on their health behaviors, are now available. Data suggest mental health concerns remain with some signs of improved health behaviors, including a decrease in substance use.
