    POMEROY-Kendra Stallcop has launched Grazy K's, a grazing table and charcuterie board business that takes meat, cheese, fruits and vegetables and turns them into edible works of art.     POMEROY–The Garfield County Board of Commissioners (BOCC) opened bleacher bids, decided to fund the finishing of the Eastern Washington Agricultural Museum parking lot project, and passed a modification to resolution 2024-86 at their meeting on May 6. The commissioners opened bids for the grandstand bleachers at the Garfield County Fairgrounds. The apparent low bidder was BSN Sports at $49,066.68, before tax. Bruce was born May 14, 1942, in Pomeroy, to Orville Henry Freeburn (March 16, 1908 - Jan. 24, 1969) and Lois Fern Stallcop Freeburn (Oct. 24, 1908 - June 13, 1950).     POMEROY-Pomeroy's Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) has been revitalized in the past year and a half. In November of 2022 a group of Pomeroy parents brought the long-inactive PTO back with a new mission statement and new bylaws.
