    The remains of Guadalupe "Andy" Benavides, 47, of Dayton, who has been missing since April 13, 2023, were located in a remote part of north Walla Walla County, along with the vehicle he was last seen driving, reported Undersheriff Joe Klundt of the Walla Walla County Sheriff's Office Tuesday.     POMEROY–The Garfield County board of commissioners (BOCC) discussed handicap accessible parking at the Eastern Washington Agricultural Museum and approved a long-term camping exemption at the Fairgrounds RV Park at their meeting on May 22.     POMEROY–The fences are complete in both the hog and beef show rings. The hog ring is now usable. The beef ring has new sod so we will not be able to use it for a while.
