    POMEROY–The City Council pledged $4,000 for the Pomeroy Chamber of Commerce signage project, accepted an interim wastewater treatment plant employee proposal, and discussed maintenance of city road easements at their meeting on June 7.     POMEROY––The Port of Garfield commissioners approved a lease extension, the purchase of a new heat pump system, and going out to bid for a project manager for the northeast county fiber project at their meeting on June 7.     POMERO–The Garfield County board of commissioners (BOCC) approved repayment of a loan and discussed re-staffing efforts for Washington State University extension offices in the area at their meeting on June 13. The commissioners passed resolution 2022-17 to accept repayment of a loan from the County Road fund to Current Expense fund.
