    WALLA WALLA–Gifts to Blue Mountain Community Foundation’s Covid-19 Fund will be doubled if given through the All in Washington initiative, a statewide fund of $25 million. The fund will match gifts to Covid-19 funds throughout the state, through July 8, or until the $25 million matching fund is exhausted. Gifts of up to $1 million will be matched dollar for dollar.     POMEROY–The Garfield County Human Services (GCHS) have been awarded up to $1,800,000 from three entities, A Group Health Foundation ($175,000), Department of Commerce ($1.5 million) and Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative ($125,000) to help develop and continue greater human-health service opportunity for the immediate area.     POMEROY–Chairman Justin Dixon announced Garfield County received official approval from the state to move forward to Phase 3 of the Governor’s Safe Start plan and confirmed the receipt of $250,000 from the Department of Commerce at the meeting of the Garfield County Board of Commissioners Monday, June 8, 2020.     IDAHO–Culdesac Gun Club in Idaho held its Registered Trap Shoot over the May 30-31 weekend and Robert Koller posted some very respectable scores over the two days. On Saturday Koller posted a 46 X 50 in Singles and a 47 X 50 in Handicap. His 47 tied him with Bruce Bradley of Orofino Gun Club for runner-up honors over the entire field of shooters.
