    POMEROY–The Garfield County Transportation Authority (CTA) introduced their newly hired operational manager and decided to surplus a 2015 Ford van at their meeting on September 18. The CTA has hired Callie Carnahan as the new operational manager, following an application and interview process. The 2015 Ford Transit van E507 will be listed to a government surplus website.     DAYTON–Three members of a Clarkston, Wash., family were injured in a single-car rollover accident on State Route 12, 10 miles east of Dayton Sunday, September 24. Driver Amanda J. Greene, 28, and passenger seven-year-old Kiera L Greene, are at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, and passenger Ayden K.     POMEROY–The Garfield County Public Health District established an investment policy and amount, received additional policy and accounting funding and passed several resolutions at their meeting on September 18. The Public Health District passed Resolution 2023-16, creating an investment policy for the District that follows the investment policy for Garfield County very closely, as well as Resolution 2023-17, approving an investment amount of $500,000.
