    POMEROY–The Garfield County Commissioners (BOCC) approved a proposal for 911 logging recorder; a request from the employees' group; and approved a sale contract at their meeting on October 24. The BOCC accepted the proposal from WestTech Marketing for $21,798 for the purchase and installation of a 911 logging recording system for Garfield County's E911 department.     By Naomi Scoggin East Washingtonian Reporter POMEROY–The Port of Garfield County Commissioners announced that construction has begun on the Pataha Fiber-to-the-Home project, and approved the 2023 budget. Construction extending the fiber internet line out to Pataha has begun. The project is expected to be completed by January 31, 2023, with some weather days included in the calculation.
