POMEROY- The Fire District commissioners signed a resolution certifying the new levy amount for 2020, which has increased by 1% over the 2019 amount of $435,996.30. McWilliams pleaded guilty to felony Vehicular Homicide and Vehicular Assault for the September 30, 2017, fatal collision on Highway 12 near milepost 421 and was sentenced during a hearing in front of Judge Tom Cox on October 16, 2019.
