    POMEROY–An Amber Alert was issued Monday by the Idaho State Police for a 15-year-old Lewiston, Idaho, female, Lillian R. Dixon, who is considered missing and endangered in the rural area of Columbia County, near Starbuck or Waitsburg.     SPOKANE VALLEY–The subject of an Amber Alert issued last Monday and the individual suspected in the disappearance of the 15-year-old female from Lewiston, Idaho, is in custody here Tuesday evening.     POMEROY–The Pomeroy School District (PSD) board of directors approved Resolution 306 and the hiring of Brock Ledgerwood, reinstatement of Ben Slaybaugh and the resignation of Jan Koller at their meeting on November 30. Resolution 306 increases the levy amount to be collected in 2022 to $843,420. The Harold and Helen Shepherd Foundation awarded PSD a grant amounting to $67,720.
