The Fire District has received a Ground Emergency Medical Transportation payment of $57,741.73 and a Department of Health Trauma grant for $1,125. Mingin, 69, of Keizer, Ore., dies in a one vehicle, Highway 12 collision Friday evening, June 24, 2022 at approximately 6:52 p.m. The Washington State Patrol reported that Mingin was travelling westbound of Highway 12, at milepost 418, about 14 miles east of Pomeroy, while riding his motorcycle, he changed lanes and left the roadway on the right.
