POMEROY–The Eastern Washington Agricultural Museum's newly concreted parking lot brings the facility into compliance with ADA regulations. "We wanted to make it compliant for walkers and wheelchairs," said past EWAM president Patti Weaver. A large portion of the visitors to the Museum are elderly and they have found the gravel parking lot difficult to use. POMEROY–The Garfield County Hospital District board of commissioners decided to fund phase two of the electrical project and heard a cost report presentation at their meeting on May 6. The commissioners approved spending $278,500 to finish the electrical project, including funding all of phase two.
