Mark D. McGee September 19, 1968–October 8, 2023 On Sunday, October 8, we suffered the loss of a son, brother, father, uncle, cousin, and good friend, Mark Darin McGee. Mark was born on September 19, 1958, in Walla Walla, Wash., to Donald and Donna McGee. They later moved to Cheney and later welcomed Mark's younger brother, Scott. POMEROY-The Junior and Senior high track and field teams held a joint awards night on June 6. The PHS track team had 13 state medal winners, including Sydney Bales' championship in pole vault and Tyler Slaybaugh's championship in the 100 meter dash. Ten Years Ago June 5, 2013 Pomeroy Spinners will bring back The Frog Hollow Band for the second consecutive year for the dance on Saturday, June 8 at 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., at Spinners Maple Hall.
