    POMEROY–The Garfield County Commissioners approved the Health Saving Account (HSA) contribution payment of $400 per employee per month at the January 11 regular meeting. The amount subsidizes the $5,000 deductible for the HSA at the back, according to Board Clerk Donna Deal. In the past, a contribution of $600 per employee per month was made to back fund the health saving accounts for all county employees, Deal explained.
