POMEROY–The Garfield County Transportation Authority (CTA) board changed a position from an hourly to a salaried pay schedule, and received updates on ongoing projects at their meeting on December 19. POMEROY–Brad Gingerich celebrated his retirement on December 15, at the Pomeroy Pharmacy, where he has worked for more than 45 years.
