POMEROY–The Pomeroy Gun Club members had a busy week nine of the Camas Prairie Trapshooting competition and seven members traveled to Orofino Gun Club for their registered shoot on Saturday March 4. Wayne Tetrick dominated over the 46 shooters that attended the shoot by shooting a top score of 98X100 to win B Class singles and by winning the Handicap event with a 93. The Jr. Hi. Wrestling team traveled to Lincoln MS in Pullman February 27 to match up with Jenifer, Potlatch, Dayton/Waitsburg, and Pullman MS. The Pomeroy Jr. High "A" volleyball team played the last two matches of the season last week, a three-set, home-court win over Tekoa-Rosalia, and a 2-1 victory over Colfax.
