POMEROY–Local High School senior Emma Severs signed a letter of intent to play for the Community Colleges of Spokane (CCS) Sasquatch during the school's morning assembly on April 21. Evan Thomas was one of the few athletes that placed in four separate events at a recent junior high meet. Junior High Boys hoops ended its shortened season with a loss for the varsity, a win for the jayvees and a loss for the C Squad against Garfield-Palouse on April 1, reports Coach Bob Wolf.
