Paul R. Eke, of Lenore, Idaho, pleaded guilty to one count of Stock at Large, a misdemeanor. Eke was fined $243.

Tina DeRuwe, Dayton, pleaded guilty to Driving Under the Influence, a gross misdemeanor. DeRuwe was sentenced to two days in jail; $1,296 in legal financial obligations; must complete an alcohol evaluation with treatment; and 60 months of unsupervised probation.

Mary Wallace, Pomeroy, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct. Wallace was ordered to pay $143 and was placed on unsupervised probation for 12 months.
June 3, 2020
Ashlea A. Fraker, Kennewick, Wash., pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Heroin, both Class C felonies. Fraker was sentenced to 67 days in jail, $600 legal financial obligations, and will be placed on 12 months Department of Corrections (DOC) Community Custody.
Paris A. Morrison, of Lapwai, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class C Felony. Morrison sentencing was continued to a future date.

Misty M. Shoemaker, Pomeroy, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Failure to Transfer Vehicle Title within 45 days. Shoemaker was sentenced to two days in jail, and must pay $193 in legal financial obligations.
June 17, 2020
Jeremy W. Prante, Pomeroy, pleaded guilty to Promoting a Suicide Attempt, a Class C Felony. Prante was sentenced to 39 days in jail, $950 in legal financial obligations, and 12 months DOC community supervision.
