Garfield County District Court–Judge Tom Cox:

Rickelle W. Ladd, of Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor of Introducing Contraband 3rd Degree. Ladd was sentenced to two days jail; must pay $143; and will be on unsupervised probation for 12 months.

Mitchell E. Smead-Darst, of Clarkston, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct. Smead-Darst was ordered to: complete 16 hours of community service; pay $43; and was placed on unsupervised probation for 12 months.

Garfield County District Court–Judge Tom Cox:

Gavin J. Durfee, currently of Coeur d’Alene, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree. Durfee was order to pay $143 plus restitution, complete 16 hours of community service, and was placed on unsupervised probation for 12 months.

Teddy Haussler, of Lewiston, pleaded guilty to Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree, a misdemeanor. Haussler was order to pay $296 and was placed on unsupervised probation for 12 months.

William Wood, of Pomeroy, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Operating an ORV while Under the Influence. Wood was ordered to pay $656 and was placed on unsupervised probation for 12 months.
