Garfield County Superior Court–Judge Tom Cox:
October 7, 2020
Jessica E. Coleman, of Clarkston (having previously pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class C Felony) was sentenced to 47 days jail, 12 months Dept. of Corrections community custody, and must pay $600 in legal financial obligations.
Matthew R. Gephart, of Pomeroy, pleaded guilty to Assault 3rd Degree (DV) a Class C Felony. Sentencing was continued to a date in the future.
Michael J. Howell, of Clarkston, pleaded guilty to Manufacturing Marijuana, a Class C Felony. Howell was sentenced to 30 days jail and must pay $800 in legal financial obligations.

Matthew R. Gephart, of Pomeroy, having previously pleaded guilty to felony Assault 3rd Degree (DV), was sentenced to 30 days jail, 12 months Dept. of Corrections community custody, and must pay $700 in legal financial obligations.
Jordon Russell, of Clarkston, was sentenced after she previously pleaded guilty to the felonies of Possession of Stolen Property and Possession of Methamphetamine. Russell was sentenced to three months of inpatient treatment at a residential facility; 24 months of Dept. of Corrections community custody; and must pay $600 in legal financial obligations.

October 14, 2020
John M. Koch, of Pomeroy, pleaded guilty to Driving While License Suspended 2nd Degree, a gross misdemeanor. Koch was sentenced to three days jail, and $146.
Chad A. White, of Pasco, was found to have violated his probation for Negligent Driving. White admitted to having been recently charged with new criminal offenses and was sentenced to an additional 26 days of jail.

Fredrick D. Roy, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree. Roy was sentenced to seven days jail.
