POMEROY––A Pomeroy woman received injuries and was transported to a hospital in Lewiston following a single-vehicle rollover accident nine miles east of here Thursday, November 26.

Vanessa S. Mauhar, 39, of Pomeroy, was westbound at 6:16 p.m. on State Route 12 when the 2004 Dodge Ram pickup she was driving crossed the centerline, rolled and came to rest in the eastbound ditch, according to Washington State Patrol Trooper Cody Mueller.

Mauhar, who was wearing a seatbelt, received injuries and was taken to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston.

She was cited for speed too fast for conditions. Drugs or alcohol were not involved, according to the State Patrol.
