January 6, 2021
Shanice Bonaparte, of Lewiston, pleaded guilty to felony Possession of Methamphetamine. Bonaparte was sentenced to: 90 days jail; $500 in legal financial obligations; as well as 12 months of Dept. of Corrections Community Custody.

Gilbert Niebel, of Pomeroy, pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor offenses of Trespassing as well as Trespass While Hunting. Niebel was fined $596 and is subject to Dept. of Fish and Wildlife suspension of hunting privileges for two years.
Kevin Simmons, of Clarkston, pleaded guilty to the gross misdemeanor offense of Assault 4th Degree. Simmons was sentenced to four days jail and must pay $193.
January 13, 2021
Gabriella Sanchez, of Pomeroy, pleaded guilty to gross misdemeanor Assault 4th Degree. Sanchez was given credit for one day jail; ordered to complete 16 hours of community service; must pay $143; and must complete a substance abuse evaluation with treatment.
February 1, 2021
Crista Ansel, of Clarkston, pleaded to the misdemeanor offense of Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree. Ansel was sentenced tothree days jail, and must pay $246.
Robert Wagenborg, of Pomeroy, pleaded to the misdemeanor offense of Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and was sentenced to seven days jail, and must pay $246.
