BMAG summer art program on track

POMEROY–The Blue Mountain Artisan Guild (BMAG) Summer children's classes have begun and the second session of glazing students' green ware took place on July 6. The finished pieces will be ready for pick-up on July 13, and in addition, another project for new and returning art seeking students to pick up and take home will be available between 10 a.m.–12 p.m.

The next student art session will be an acrylic pour on July 20. To sign up for this class, please come in and choose either the 10-11 a.m. time slot or the 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. session on the sign-up sheet at the BMAG.

There will be a blind drawing and watercolor class on July 27. Please sign up and pick your desired time, either 10-11 a.m. or 11-a.m.–12 p.m.

To ensure a spot at the creative table for your child, remember to place your name on the sign-up sheet at the gallery. "We are so happy to have so many interested students, but in the area available to work in is limited so we have to spread sessions out," said Linda McKeirnan. "Don't forget, children's classes are always free!"
