Keely Maves was awarded MVP, the Rebounding Award, and the Captain's Award
POMEROY–The Pomeroy High School Lady Pirate basketball awards were presented to the team at the ESA in the school cafeteria last Monday March 21. Keely Maves was awarded Most Valuable Player, rebounding award and the captain's award.
Other awards handed out were to Izzy Field for the Most Inspirational; Jadence Gingerich as the Most Dedicated; Hailee Brewer as the Finisher; Chase Caruso for Defense; Elizabeth Ruchert for the Most Improved; and the Coach's Award went to Jillian Herres.
