POMEROY–High School Class Reunion celebration will be held at the Dick Brown building at the Garfield County Fairgrounds and Pioneer parade on the weekend of June 10–12.
Beware, looks like an invasion of Pomeroy High School Alumni scheduled the week end of June 10–12. The folks attending their class reunions is reported to include the classes of 1956, 1962, 1963 1965, 1966, 1967, 1970. Over the past couple of years, reunions were cancelled due to Covid safety concerns, but not this year. This will be the reunion of reunions and we look forward to classmates getting caught up on the past as they look forward to the future.
In addition, graduates of 50, 60 and more years ago will be recognized at the PHS All Class Reunion held in the Dick Brown building Friday, June 10 beginning at 10 a.m. A light meal is provided with the entry fee. The event includes presentations from current PHS students and Superintendent Rachael Gwinn regarding events and achievements of the Pomeroy Schools. We are proud of our schools and look forward to sharing their challenges and successes.
