Amendment: Chamber signage project working through phase one funding

POMEROY–In the article “The Chamber’s sign project is fully funded,” in the June 16, 2022 edition of the East Washingtonian, further information indicates the status of the signage project has worked through the first phase. The mapping of the exact sign locations has been made, and the next step is to discuss permitting and allowances with WDOT, the City of Pomeroy and Garfield County. No definite number of signs or types have been determined which will then determine the actual cost of the project. The Pomeroy Chamber of Commerce anticipate more fundraising necessary to complete the project once actual factors have been calculated. More on this project will be reported on as each step is completed.
