Ashley Koller
My name is Ashley Koller. I have been a proud member of the Pomeroy community since 2012. I moved here to support my husband on the family farm and grow our family in small-town roots. My husband, Nick, and I are raising two boys; a 2nd grader and a kindergartener. They are just starting to become involved in school activities, which we are thrilled about. Nick and I both believe in giving back and have been enthusiastic to volunteer as coaches.
I graduated from Eastern Washington University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management. Since graduating I have been working remotely for a tech company based in San Francisco where I manage a team in Strategy and Operations.
I first became involved with the school board to increase my service to the community, be engaged in my children's education, and take an active role in the events at the school. I am passionate about education and fostering a safe learning space for children. I wholeheartedly believe that the amazing staff and administration in the Pomeroy School District do just that.
I am also on the board of a non-profit that provides care kits to children who are hospitalized. These kits are delivered to hospitals throughout our area. This organization is very near and dear to my heart. I feel extremely humbled by this work and the joy it brings to kids in need.
I welcome questions and feedback. You can reach me at [email protected] or 509.202.0031.
