Stake out your place along Main Street early for the annual Starlight Parade event beginning at 5 p.m., so you don't miss Santa and floats from local businesses, organizations, and groups.
POMEROY–Hometown Christmas activities, the annual Starlight Christmas Parade, and "Pictures with Santa" Friday, November 24 at 9 a, m. Staging begins at the High School Parking lot at 4 p.m.
Begin Friday's morning festivities with the SoleKids Reindeer 5K Dash at 9 a.m., then check out downtown businesses for gifts, treats and other Hometown Christmas activities at 3 p.m. Stake out your place along Main Street early for the annual Starlight Parade event beginning at 5 p.m., so you don't miss Santa and floats from local businesses, organizations, and groups. Make sure to take a picture with Santa at Pocket Park following the parade.
The parade route will begin on Main and 10th proceeding west on Main, turning north to go through the Hospital parking area. Staging begins at the High School parking lot at 4 p.m. Entry forms are available on the Pomeroy Chamber of Commerce Facebook page.
