Pomeroy High School Senior Hannah Bagby recently spearheaded a drive for toiletry items to benefit members of the Pomeroy and Garfield County community through Pomeroy Assist. Bagby and other generous individuals in the community provided some 23 families and 64 children with gifts that made their wishes come true. The families were also able to use gift certificates at the Pomeroy Food Center, which generously donated oranges for the stockings filled by volunteers with Pomeroy Assist. Also contributing were the Shepherd Foundation and Puget Sound Energy.
