POMEROY-The Garfield County Public Health District board approved a brand identity refresh contract, approved an inter-agency data sharing agreement, and discussed South East Washington Alliance for Health (SEWAAH) projects at their meeting on April 15.
The board approved resolution 2024-08, a contract with Propaganda Creative to refresh the District’s branding.
“We need something that will work across all platforms,” Administrator Martha Lanman said.
The refresh will create a cohesive color scheme and logo that will be compatible with social media as well as ADA compliant. The contract is for 10 weeks, with a maximum consideration of $9,975.
The district also passed resolution 2024-07, an inter-agency data sharing agreement with the Washington State Auditor’s Office. The agreement will be effective from July 1, 2024 to June 31, 2027.
SEWAAH has decided to provide a scholarship for lifeguard and swim lesson certification to people who are willing to work at the Pomeroy Municipal Pool. The Alliance will pay for all but $50 of the trainings. SEWAAH has also set aside $750 to provide more skates for Skate Nite.
