POMEROY–The Pomeroy Player Drama Club presented two comedy productions on the stage in the Jr/Sr High School cafetorium on May 10. "You're Driving Me Crazy" gave the audience a look at several stressful driver's education lessons, including one with an instructor who knew less than the student, and one where the student's entire family insisted on riding along. It featured a car prop created by Dave Lara.
In "Bad Dates", two young friends decide to look for dates. After several obnoxious, awkward, and hilarious dinner date failures, the two decided they preferred to spend their time together.
The cast consisted of actors Elisabeth Carroll, Kimberly Tuck, Josephine Watson, Andrew Robinson, Heather Davis, Mellany Lara, Brenna McKeirnan, and Ben Carroll; as well as stage crew Chantelle Cloud and Dave Lara. Dotty Van Vogt directed and is the organizer of the Drama Club.
