D.H. Tetrick went funning after Billy's hawk the other day. He found the big bird on her nest, took deliberate aim and made the feathers fly. But the hawk went with the feathers. Ed Long has also been sporting. He found one of those chicken destroyers on her nest. The naughty thing sat and winked at Ed until he had fired his third shot when she quietly spread her wings and floated away. In his humiliation Ed could do nothing greater than rob the nest.
