Naomi Scoggin

Scoggin Precinct PCO

I am Naomi Scoggin, Precinct Committee Officer for the Scoggin Precinct. I was raised here in Garfield County, and I have a deep and abiding love for this community. I spent three years in Kansas City, Missouri, attending Revival Training Center. While I built a foundation for my life and faith there, I also discovered that I love Garfield County more than any place on earth. Pomeroy is my hometown, and the only place I want to be. Because I love this county I want it to be successful and that is why I ran for PCO.
