Eaton and Ruchert take first on the Fourth of July

POMEROY–The team of John Eaton and Mitch Ruchert took first place in the men's portion of the 18 holes, three format tournament featuring six holes of scramble, six holes of best ball and six holes of alternate shot. The pair carded a score of two under par 60. Al Damron and Scott Young took second place with a 65.

Daniel Lake and Emily Lux won the mixed doubles title and Tanner and Savanna Cranor were second.

A total of 15 teams competed in the tournament that featured on course prizes generously donated by local businesses and LC Valley businesses. Proceeds went to the Pomeroy High School Golf Team.
